Due to the limited quantity and exclusive nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before placing your order.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by filling out our Contact Us form. Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage or defect

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that unless your item is damaged or defective, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
