Processing & Shipping Times

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

• Pre-Order Items: Items listed as Pre-Order will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

• Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available to ship.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL. Customers can select their preferred carrier during the checkout process.

Packaging & Insurance

• All items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

• If you would like shipping insurance, please select this option during checkout.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Please do not open the package until you have taken clear photos of the damage.

• This helps us with any necessary insurance claims.

• If insurance was purchased at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if an insured item arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can assist you.
